THE CLINICAL PROGRAM
Resolution Therapeutics is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company pioneering Regenerative Macrophage Therapy (RMT) in inflammatory and fibrotic diseases.
Our clinical program uses an engineered regenerative macrophage therapy in development for people with liver cirrhosis who have recovered from a recent hepatic decompensation, and patients with recent-onset medically refractory ascites.
This population has high mortality and no disease-modifying therapy available.
Building on our experience, our next clinical trial HORIZON-RMT will be initiated in 2027; we would like to hear from experienced hepatologists, and clinical trial centers interested in taking part.
